How we got here
We were not trying to be the biggest.
Vandana had spent years managing spa floors in Dehradun hotels and kept running into the same problem: therapists paid on commission end up selling, not treating.
So the first decision here was made before the first room was fitted out. Every therapist at Elite is on a salary. Nobody has a financial reason to recommend a treatment you do not need, or to push a course of six when one will do. It reads like a small operational detail. It changes the entire feeling of the room.
Everything since has followed from that. A short menu rather than a long one, so every therapist does all of it properly. Slots long enough that nothing overruns. Fifteen quiet minutes at the end that are part of the booking rather than an upsell. And a steam room that is genuinely hot the moment we open, not just at six in the evening.

Come up to the second floor
The lift is at the back of the lobby. Reception will take your name, show you the locker and give you a robe and slippers. If you have driven, tell us and we will point you at the parking.

Ten minutes in the steam
Almost every guest starts here. Tissue that has been warmed for ten minutes responds completely differently under a therapist's hands, and it is the cheapest way to make your treatment better.

The consultation
Two or three questions, not a form. Where it hurts, how you sleep, whether you run hot or cold. For an oil massage this decides which oil gets warmed; for deep tissue it decides where the hour goes.

The treatment
Your therapist stops talking. You stay covered by a sheet apart from the area being worked on, and anything you would rather we left alone, we leave alone. The room is dim and the phone is in the locker.

Fifteen minutes that are yours
The room stays yours after your therapist has left. Tea comes in. Nobody knocks, nobody hurries you, and there is no product counter to walk past on the way out.

Every therapist is on salary. If a treatment is not worth your money, you will be told so before you book it.

The hour is yours
Slots are long enough that nothing overruns, and the fifteen quiet minutes at the end are part of the booking, not an upsell.

Phones sleep in the locker
It is printed on the card at reception. The locker key stays with you; the outside world does not.

The price is the price
Prices are quoted plainly on the phone, and the price you are quoted is the price you pay at reception. Nothing is added on the table.

The steam is always hot
The steam and sauna block runs hot from opening to close, and it is included with every treatment on the menu.
